providing a unique form of therapy and recreation through use of the horse

Vic

Born in Idaho, Vic was a teenage girl’s gymkhana horse who did everything! He came to Sagebrush when he didn’t seem sound enough for what she wanted to do.  We have been able to keep him sound and happy, and he has become our hardest working horse.  He does everything from therapy lessons for young children, to walk, trot and canter lessons for adults.

Vic is sponsored for the month of September by Pam and Chris Gammon!

Sponsor a Horse

Our special therapy horses work hard, always offering patience, strength, and understanding to our students without asking anything in return. They all receive the best care to ensure that they remain healthy, happy and comfortable. Between veterinary care, routine maintenance, hoof care, feed and supplements, the cost for one horse for one year exceeds $3,000. Please let us know if you are interested in sponsoring a horse for one year, or contributing to the cost of their care.

If you sponsor a horse for an entire year, you will:

  • Receive a certificate of sponsorship with the horse’s picture
  • Receive a tax deductible donation receipt
  • Be recognized on the website, in the annual newsletter, and on the horse’s sign
  • Receive periodic updates regarding your horse
